Rest day:
I'm out of town visiting a friend, and honestly I probably need a rest day anyway.

Brian Medansky: Hey all, I'm currently a student studying Kinesiology. I love sports, theatre, comedy (in fact I'm actually in a comedy group at school), working out, fitness and learning about it. I am currently a certified personal trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, but would one day like to do more elite level doing strength and conditioning coaching. Other than all that, I'm just a normal college student; I like to have fun, but I do also like to learn about stuff I'm interested in. Thanks for checking out my blog.
